Ministry for 40 and up      Fimiam Church is a young church, but there are many grey-haired people who are young in spirit. They want to be active ministers together with the youth. They do not want to be a dead weight. We have been thinking about ministry to older adults for a long time. In March of 2007, we had a membership meeting at church for those who are 40 and up. We were challenged with two questions: “How can I serve in the church?” and “What can I improve in my church?” After pondering these questions, we understood a great need to organize ministry to older adults. |
