Strategic Planning      After summer, everyone is getting ready for the strategic yearly meeting, which takes place every September. Each team makes a complete analysis of the past year and then makes a detailed plan for the next year. After this, the church board analyzes the materials and prepares them for the strategic three-day planning, which takes place outside of the city. Forty to fifty leaders work on the church strategy. The yearly calendar is compiled and then the yearly budget is agreed upon by the church board. Beginning in November, everything follows the strategic calendar, which is corrected only by God! |
