Yaroslav Dovgyj When I was 15 years old, I began to live by myself. My parents were far from me and the street became my native home. My life was all about merry company, cigarettes, beverages, girls and light drugs. Soon I wanted something greater and stronger. I began to use opium and, after 3 months, I became completely enslaved. I tried to flee from drugs by going many thousands of kilometers. But they were also waiting for me abroad. I neglected everything that was sacred to me: relatives, law, self-respect, health. I did not care. The main thing was to find drugs and give myself injections. I tried to receive treatment in hospitals through hypnosis and sorcery, but all was in vain. I met people who were free from drugs. They told me about “Transformation,” the Christian rehabilitation center in Lutsk. I can say now: God is the only way to salvation from any addiction! Currently I live with God. My life has been changed. I help people who have drug and alcohol addictions. God gave me a beautiful wife and a cute daughter. All the wonders of God are just ahead of me. |
